Terms of Service

1. Service description

Ora Med is an online service that creates a personalized meditation script and audio for you using AI, based on your questionnaire input. The service includes a public sample flow, a paid "three-meditation pack", a studio for generating additional meditations, and a B2B campaign flow that allows employer/campaign-branded use.

The service is for calm, focus, and personal wellness only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

2. Eligibility and account access

You may use the service if you are legally competent to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, generally subject to a minimum age of 16. Use by minors under 16 requires parental or guardian consent.

Access may be granted via email link, payment-success link, campaign claim link, or other tokenized link. Please keep access links private and do not share them with others. Ora Med may refuse, limit, or terminate access where it reasonably believes the service is being misused, accessed unlawfully, attacked, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. User obligations

By using the service you agree:

• to provide accurate information for checkout, delivery, and personalization;
• to use the service only for lawful personal or authorized business-campaign purposes;
• not to submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or content intended to bypass safety controls;
• not to attempt to access another user's meditation, account, payment, or private link;
• not to copy, scrape, overload, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attack the service;
• not to use the service in medical or mental-health emergency situations, or for diagnosis or treatment.

4. Payment terms and prices

The price of the "three-meditation pack" is USD 10, displayed and charged in USD at checkout. Payment is processed directly by the payment provider Cardcom Ltd. We do not see, receive, or store full card numbers or CVV codes.

Access to paid meditations is granted upon payment confirmation from the provider. If a payment is declined, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or not confirmed, Ora Med may withhold or revoke access.

Ora Med may change prices, currencies, taxes, or pack contents prospectively. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed unless required by law or stated at checkout.

A tax invoice will be sent automatically to the email you provided after payment.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its Cancellation of Transaction Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off right from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

• If no meditation has yet been generated for you from the pack — you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellation requests should be sent to orna@oramed.co.
• Once at least one meditation has been generated — under Regulation 6, "digital content delivered electronically and not on tangible media" is exempt from cancellation rights once delivery has begun. No refund will be issued for already-generated or already-consumed meditations, except where the law requires otherwise or where there has been a technical failure on our side.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevented you from receiving the product you paid for, we will replace, repair, or refund as you choose, in line with applicable law.

Ora Med may, at its sole discretion, grant goodwill refunds even where not legally required.

6. Intellectual property and generated audio

Ora Med and its licensors own the service, software, design, prompts, templates, brand, and any non-user content. All rights reserved.

The personal information and answers you provide remain yours. You grant Ora Med a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for service delivery, security, support, and improvement, as described in the privacy policy.

For the audio files generated for you after purchase or authorized access, Ora Med grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to and use the audio for personal-wellness purposes. You may not, without prior written consent, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, commercially exploit, train AI models on, or create a competing service from the audio, scripts, prompts, or service outputs.

7. AI content and use limitations

Meditation scripts and audio are generated with the assistance of AI systems. Outputs may be imperfect, repetitive, inaccurate, unsuitable, or emotionally uncomfortable for some users.

You are responsible for deciding whether to use, stop using, or seek professional advice regarding any content. If content causes distress, stop listening immediately.

Ora Med does not warrant that meditation outputs will achieve a specific emotional, spiritual, medical, business, or personal result.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Ora Med does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, full compatibility with every device or browser, continued availability of any specific voice or third-party provider, or permanent storage of generated files.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct, fraud, bodily harm, or non-excludable consumer rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora Med will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or emotional benefit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora Med's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Ora Med for the product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event, or NIS 500, whichever is greater.

These limits do not apply where the law prohibits limitation, including for willful misconduct, fraud, or other non-excludable liability.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and request deletion of personal data as described in the privacy policy.

Ora Med may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use creates legal exposure or risk, if payment or access flows are misused, or if Ora Med ceases to operate the service in its current form.

Termination does not affect provisions that should reasonably survive, including: intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.

11. Changes to terms

Ora Med may update these Terms from time to time. An updated version will be posted with a new effective date. For material changes we will notify you by email or via the site, where legally required or operationally reasonable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless renewed consent is required by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection and privacy laws of your place of residence may also apply where the law so requires.

Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service is vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, unless mandatory consumer law requires another venue.

13. Dispute resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties will attempt informal resolution via email to orna@oramed.co, allowing the other side 30 days to respond — unless urgent injunctive relief is required or the law mandates a different track.
